Control of Substances Hazardous to Health

The above act was passed law in 1999 to place a requirement on all employers to ensure that any substance or chemical used or stored in the workplace is managed, assessed, and controlled to ensure that danger to employees and site visitors is minimised.

COSHH data sheets are provided by Cherrywood Support Services to assist all end users and management to proactively act within the governing guidelines.
